Nick–a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Business School–fell in love with beer in college. His palette evolved while traveling the world as a professional cyclist and member of the US National Team. His racing adventures took him through the US and nine countries, sampling everything from super hoppy West-Coast IPAs to Trappist Ales served by monks. All leading him to his ultimate ride, Raised Grain Brewing Co.
