Lonesome series
It all started with one lonely hop–Citra–for an exciting hazy IPA. This outstanding single-hopped hazy IPA was the catalyst for our brewers and led to an idea, the Lonesome Series. Craft this beer with a single different hop each time. This experiment would showcase how the flavor would morph and change based on solely replacing the hop. Enter three hop – El Dorado, Simcoe, and Mosaic – each one bringing something different to the party to create our hazy IPA series.
GALAXY
hops are currently one of the most sought-after hop varieties in the world. Galaxy® hops are prized for their big aromas of peach, guava, and oranges.
Citra
hops, as the name implies, has a strong citrusy profile. It has an extraordinary flavor profile of grapefruit, lime and tropical fruits.
el dorado
hops exhibit bold tropical fruit flavors, said to be reminiscent of pineapple and mango, in addition to a resinous back note.
simcoe
hops has a pleasantly fruity, yet earthy herbal and piney aroma.
mosaic
hops feature complex but clean flavor characteristics. It is pleasantly hoppy, carrying flavors of mango, pine, citrus and herbs and aromas of tropical and stone fruit.
