time to wine down

Wine on tap works in the same way as draft beer. With the pull of a tap handle, gas pressure forces the kegged wine into a ready glass. Our wine selection will be rotating depending on availability.

Cabernet Sauvignon | Martin Ray

⁦The strong, traditional bouquet layers notes of ripe black cherry, dark cassis, aromatic violets, and savory curry spices rooted by earthy undertones. With clean fruit throughout the palate, this medium-bodied wine has well-structured tannins balanced by a nuance of toffee and caramel oak influence.

Pinot Noir | Wine by Joe

Bright, juicy aromas of berry pie play with spicy undertones of green cardamom and sage. Flavors of red plum, blackberry compote, and raspberry gummis counterpoint with black pepper and just a hint of maple syrup. A youthful mid-palate carries through to the medium-long finish.

Riva Ranch Chardonnay | Wente Vineyard

Loaded with perfectly ripened apples, lemon curd, and toasted brioche, which team together to form the foundation of this deep and delightfully expressive vineyard selection. The optimally ripened fruit is complimented by a tasteful measure of slightly creamy oak that hints at notes of toasted marshmallow, along with a dollop of buttery richness that lasts well into the lengthy finish.

Arroyo Seco, Monterey

Pinot Grigio | J Vineyards

The juicy palate bursts with notes of crunchy pear, fresh-picked white peach, lemon, lime, and tart pineapple, while hints of jasmine and minerality add appealing texture and depth. Crisp, mouth-watering acidity at the finish cleanses the palate, making this an ideal partner for food.
